Do my guests need an app or account to RSVP?
No. Your invitation opens in any phone browser. Guests tap the link, read the details and reply in a few seconds.
How do I pay?
We ask for a 30% deposit via Maya or bank transfer to start your design. The balance is settled before your link goes live.
How soon will I see my design?
We send your first draft for review after we receive your details and deposit. Revisions are included until you approve it.
Can I change details after sharing the link?
Yes. Update the venue, time or dress code anytime, and every guest sees the latest version the next time they open the link.
Can I see who has replied?
Your dashboard lists every response, plus-ones and notes, with a running headcount you can share with your caterer or coordinator.
How many revisions are included?
Every design includes 2 revisions. We send your first draft within 3 days of receiving your details and deposit.
When does my invitation go live?
Your link goes live once you approve the final design and the balance is settled, about 2 months before your event so guests have time to reply.
Which celebrations do you design for?
Weddings, kids’ birthdays, baptisms, debuts, anniversaries and reunions. Contact us if your event is something else.
